Appointment Cancellations:


-> Patients must provide at least [24 hours] prior intimation notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment through website and app.


-> Cancellations made within 24 hours will lead to no refund however the client can request for a reschedule.


Payment Refunds:


-> Payments for services rendered are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.


-> If a payment was made for a service that was not provided due to failure on Reboot Healthcare or any consultants a full refund will be issued.

-> Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the payment date.


-> If Approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Special Circumstances:


-> In cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, refunds and fees may be reconsidered at the discretion of management.
